Let the Boxing Begin!!!

I have now started boxing at another gym. This time I decided to try to get some fights. My first one might be in Montana the 22nd of November. The workout we have to at the gym is really hard, because we have to jump rope for 20 minutes then do plyometrics, whooh is that hard. One time we ended up doing plyometyrics for an hour and a half. The worst part of the workout is the water, we only get two sips in the whole two hours. The best part of the workout is the running. After we are done with are workout we go down to the racquetball courts to do our sprints. I like the sprints because I know that we are getting water right when we are done. That is what my boxing gym is like.
